Features an eye that swivels 360° on the base and an additional ring for more tie down options. Great for tying off light loads, fenders, etc. (NOT appropriate for overhead lifting). Constructed of corrosion resistant stamped 304 stainless steel. Installs with four #10 FH fasteners (not included).
